Bordeaux is a very popular and in my opinion very pretty City. It houses the stunningly colorful gardens to the Plensa, or even the square outside the Opera House.
My personal favorite was the Bordeaux Tramway, that stylishly passed you when walking about the City.
Here is a List of places you must see when you visit.
The Esplanade des Quinconces is one you have to make sure you pay a vist, mainly because it really is the largest square within the whole of Europe.
The Grand Theatre, which was built within the 18th Century. There are so many things to see within Bordeuax, but the last one I will mention here is The Basilica of Saint-Seurin which is known as being the most ancient church in the city of Bordeaux, being built between the 14th and 16th Century.
I spent most of my time enjoying the beautiful scenery and just sitting in the square and taking in all the local feel. The weekend becomes very lively in the evening, however, it isn’t easy to find a club or bar open during the week.
