This was one of those places that we visited where we were not expecting much. We knew it was a small port in Grease, however we decided to take a look. To our surprise, it was one of my favorite places I visited in this area of the world. It was full of restaurants and bars, and also really great resorts, that allowed crewmembers and tourists to use at the price of buying a drink. Every time we went here, we had a great time. If you did not fancy that then there is always the option of renting a boat to go and explore other islands around the area. This will be one of the places to visit if you want to try the local cuisine. I also met a gentlemen here who is originally from grease, but also owns a bar in Brighton in the UK. There are many people around this area that do this, they leave the UK for the winter and come back to grease until the season changes. If you are ever in this area of grease, it is worth checking out.
Its well known as one of the largest Gay Party areas of Greece, but recently it has just been an Ireland for all sexes to come and party hard on the Paradiso Beach. We even played in one of the local bars one day, and believe me, we partied hard.
If you do visit, please take a walk up the hill, just to see the View. It is one that you need to experience. This place expresses the true Greece style, and the true Greek Architecture. I had a great time just having fun in the resort for the majority of the day with some of my friends. We learn quickly that you need to need to make the best of every destination you visit, so we did just that.
