Bordeaux, France

Was never originally to fussed bout the chance of going to France, but after many trips and visiting all over the country, i can safely say it ha soon made it to be one of my favourites. We visiting Bordeaux again on-board my floating home, and were fortunate enough to be given an over night. Not just one, but 2. So as we always did, we took advantage of this and not only explored during the day, but also during the night. Also may i just add, when i say explored the night, i mean we went to a night club and many bars. We were lucky enough to have a friend who was living with us who was actually from the area. So she gathered her local fiends, and us as well, and took us on a nighttime adventure. I loved it, and was enjoying all my time in this beautiful City. However, there was one thing..... It cost a fortune for drinks outside at night. Plus to top it off, it was the weekend. But overall, along with the night time love, there was also a great scenic view of a beautiful flower garden up on route back to the ship the next morning. Yes it was daylight once we got back. Surprise surprise.

Now i am going to giver you my personal favourtite and top of the list 'Must See' attractions when visiting Bordeux.

When you visit these are the places you can not miss out on seeing whilst there, and infact it will be pretty much impossible to miss most of these anyway, as they are very popular, and more than likely will walk bye them by mistake anyway.

1. La Cite du Vin Museum

2. Place de la Bourse (Place Royale)

3. The Water Mirror

4. The Grand Theatre

5. The Jardin botanique de Bordeaux
